AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Gloria and James both made sure to explain the entire process from the moment I walked in. Never heard of this place and is true what they say the best business are always hidden. This place is definitely a hidden Gem. Customer service was awesome!! And the 15 passengers van was very clean and a super smooth drive!!! Will definitely spread the word and come back for another rental soon.. Thank you Gloria and James for making my experience so great!

I've used this company twice. I love this car rental service because it is hard to rent a vehicle without a credit card, but Empire only requires a refundable deposit! Miriam provided very friendly customer service as well.

Super easy to work with Gloria who was very accommodating and friendly. Truly a professional company. Easy in and out check in and return process. Van was in great shape. Straight forward pricing. 5 of 5 stars.

Excellent customer service. Gloria was very efficient and knowledgeable. The vans were in great shape ( we rented two 15 passenger vans) The guy who picked us up from our hotel was very helpful also. All in all, we had a great transaction with no difficulties. The staff were helpful and we got a good price compared to other rental companies in the area. I would definitely rent from Empire again if in the area.

This will be the only place I rent a car from! The car was beautiful inside and out! I got the car I wanted all for a great price! Everything was explained to me before I left out with the car, not one problem when I brang it back! I must say there is no better customer service anywhere!!! I'm definitely a happy customer!

I had a great experience! The workers at the LIC location the day before Thanksgiving were cheery and kind, despite the chaos. One of them even was supposed to have had the day off and was still upbeat and happy to help. It was really nice. The car was clean and sufficient - nothing fancy, but good rates a solid little car that could get me to and from Massachusetts was all I needed. They were also super helpful when I couldn't get my car back on time - the owners actually answered the phone and helped me out. Will definitely rent from them again!

Place is amazing, spoke with Craig when I got there he made it very simple and extremely stress free. They have Great trucks for rent they are new and run smooth with no problems. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a truck at a great price. I will be back to rent in the future.
