My church rented a luxury 15-passenger high top van last week from the Brooklyn location and the entire experience was with top notch professional customer service! Debbie was pleasant and very informative when explaining the $200 deposit hold and the additional $200 charged in case of tolls and speed/red light camera violations. The security deposit is returned upon return of the vehicle if there are no damages. The toll/camera $200 charge will be held for 30 days to allow time for any charges to appear. Credits will then go in effect if no tolls / violations occurred. Special thanks also goes to George, who was very helpful when I returned the van. It is such a pleasure dealing with exceptional customer service! I HIGHLY recommend this company and this convenient location near the Pennsylvania Ave Belt Parkway exit.

I had a great experience! The workers at the LIC location the day before Thanksgiving were cheery and kind, despite the chaos. One of them even was supposed to have had the day off and was still upbeat and happy to help. It was really nice. The car was clean and sufficient - nothing fancy, but good rates a solid little car that could get me to and from Massachusetts was all I needed. They were also super helpful when I couldn't get my car back on time - the owners actually answered the phone and helped me out. Will definitely rent from them again!

Rented this vehicle for my daughter’s birthday party. Awesome customer service and very friendly at the College Point location on 131st street in Queens. Clean and efficient. Everything went smooth. This will be my only go to rental company for all my vehicles. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

We were supposed to have a trailer from U-Haul in July that we requested for in May but they called us a day before we were supposed to leave to tell us that trailer was no longer available. so with a little bit of searching we found this place with the trailer was three times bigger than the one we were going to get from U-Haul and it was perfect.

Amazing customer service and friendly staff. Today I booked a vehicle for my birthday weekend with some friends. I had a sedan and needed more space to accommodate a total of 6 people including my self. I spoke to a representative named Gloria and she was very professional. She was able to book me the perfect vehicle and answered all my questions. I am renting a vehicle from Saturday to Monday. Will update about the checking out the car and returning process when I return. But so far everything is amazing.

I was in a last minute desperate situation late one evening… I needed to rent a minivan by early next morning… I contacted the Empire located at Fordham Road and spoke the Ms. Miriam… She answered my questions patiently and assured me that I will have a minivan available early in the morning… The following morning, I arrived early and Ms. Miriam was professional and took care of my needs immediately…

Excellent customer service. Gloria was very efficient and knowledgeable. The vans were in great shape ( we rented two 15 passenger vans) The guy who picked us up from our hotel was very helpful also. All in all, we had a great transaction with no difficulties. The staff were helpful and we got a good price compared to other rental companies in the area. I would definitely rent from Empire again if in the area.
