This place is the tops. In spite of my late reservation, Empire Rent a Car had just the vehicle I needed. The service was prompt and professional, and the van was in top condition -- I didn't want to give it back! The price I paid at Empire was significantly less than what I would have paid to the competition for a lesser experience, and so there is little debate as to which car/truck/van rental service in northern Queens has the most to offer. Five stars.

Rented this vehicle for my daughter’s birthday party. Awesome customer service and very friendly at the College Point location on 131st street in Queens. Clean and efficient. Everything went smooth. This will be my only go to rental company for all my vehicles. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I had a great experience! The workers at the LIC location the day before Thanksgiving were cheery and kind, despite the chaos. One of them even was supposed to have had the day off and was still upbeat and happy to help. It was really nice. The car was clean and sufficient - nothing fancy, but good rates a solid little car that could get me to and from Massachusetts was all I needed. They were also super helpful when I couldn't get my car back on time - the owners actually answered the phone and helped me out. Will definitely rent from them again!

My church rented a luxury 15-passenger high top van last week from the Brooklyn location and the entire experience was with top notch professional customer service! Debbie was pleasant and very informative when explaining the $200 deposit hold and the additional $200 charged in case of tolls and speed/red light camera violations. The security deposit is returned upon return of the vehicle if there are no damages. The toll/camera $200 charge will be held for 30 days to allow time for any charges to appear. Credits will then go in effect if no tolls / violations occurred. Special thanks also goes to George, who was very helpful when I returned the van. It is such a pleasure dealing with exceptional customer service! I HIGHLY recommend this company and this convenient location near the Pennsylvania Ave Belt Parkway exit.

We rented an 8 passenger van from the floral park location. They were extremely helpful and reasonable. They made us feel calm and confident in our abilities to drive the van, their assistance and the whole “feeling “ of the rental. They gave us the the peace of mind to start enjoying our weekend with friends from the moment we drove away! Thanks!

I want to thank Gloria, for going beyond the call of customer service. I made reservations with Budget for a truck rental. Budget never took the truck to the pick up location. When we called Budget there was no resolution. I happened to google truck rental and Empire rental - truck came up with Penske trucks availability for same day pickup. Gloria was fast and offered allot of valuable information and great pricing. Despite moving from the area I highly recommend her business and they also cater to customer who need car rentals which we will certainly take advantage of in the near future.

Amazing customer service and friendly staff. Today I booked a vehicle for my birthday weekend with some friends. I had a sedan and needed more space to accommodate a total of 6 people including my self. I spoke to a representative named Gloria and she was very professional. She was able to book me the perfect vehicle and answered all my questions. I am renting a vehicle from Saturday to Monday. Will update about the checking out the car and returning process when I return. But so far everything is amazing.

What a fantastic experience! My wife and I returned our Penske rental truck and were greeted with friendliness and excitement by Morales then we met Keven who took care of checking us out and talking about the amazing food where he's from: Jamaica! So kind and cool. I definitely recommend this place!
