At Empire Rent A Car, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers, staff and their families is our top priority.

In an effort to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers' needs, we are taking the following extra steps:

Vehicles. We have enhanced our already robust cleaning techniques of our vehicles after each rental. We are paying special attention to interior customer touchpoints such as seats, steering wheels, door handles and other hard surfaces.

Curbside Delivery. With curbside delivery, we come to you! In this time of need, we'll deliver your rental to your home or office.

Facilities. We are also cleaning our facilities frequently with recommended sanitizing products with special attention to entrance doors, office door handles, and customer waiting areas.

Employee Health. In addition, we are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our employees. This includes instructing employees who feel ill to stay home and consult their healthcare providers. We are also urging all employees to be vigilant about frequent hand washing & reducing the number of staff members at each location.

Existing Bookings. If you have an existing booking, we look forward to seeing you and want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to promote a safe and secure rental experience for you. If you have a prepaid reservation and need to cancel, we will apply your amount towards a future rental.

Staying Connected. If you need a rental car, we are here for you. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us directly at (718) 353-6848. Your safety is our highest priority and we truly appreciate the trust that you place in our team and our company.

Our offices are open with limited staffing. At this time, we encourage our customers to call to schedule an appointment prior to visiting our office, so we can be sure we are maintaining proper social distancing.

For our team to have a better understanding of your rental needs, we urge our customers to start their reservation process online with our easy and non-committal booking system. The reservation can always be modified, and this will give us the template to help us to determine the best rate and vehicle to meet each customer's needs. Due to the state of the world, we have a large amount of our employees working from home. Please be patient with us as we are still dedicated to providing you with the same, great service.

In this time of great uncertainty, we truly appreciate your support our business. We will continue to monitor the information provided by state authorities and the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and continue to take the necessary recommended guidelines and precautions for our employees and customers. Together, we can maintain a healthy environment and combat the spread of COVID-19.
